First Republic Adds To Private Wealth Management Team In San Francisco

First Republic Bank’s private wealth management business has appointed former Merrill Lynch manager Hank Holland.
Holland, who had worked at Merrill Lynch for nine years, will be managing director and portfolio manager at the firm, located in San Francisco, it said in a statement.
“Hank Holland has more than 20 years of wealth management experience helping individuals and families grow and preserve their wealth,” Bob Thornton, president of First Republic Private Wealth Management, said.
Prior to his Merrill Lynch career, Holland worked at Bernstein Global Wealth Management for 11 years as a principal and served as national director of investment planning.
First Republic and its subsidiaries offer private banking, private business banking and private wealth management, operating across the US.
